We have been doing liquid nitrogen ice cream catering in Orlando, the rest of Florida, and all over the United States, for over 10 years. As one of the pioneers of this business, I also train people from all over the world. Our standard menu is Vanilla/ Chocolate/ Strawberry/ Mint Chocolate Chip/ Honey Cinnamon. Everybody loves something on that list, and the Honey Cinnamon is a wild card choice for those who want something different. It often becomes the most popular flavor. We can also do other flavors, and custom flavors upon request.
We also offer liquor flavors. My favorite is Honey Cinnamon infused with Scotch/ Whiskey/ Bourbon, but things like Bailey's, Kalhua, Amaretto, and other liqueurs are also very popular. The only issue with liquor flavors is that the venue or guest will have to supply the liquor.
We can also do special lighting under the tank, which makes the plume of vapor light up with dramatic colors. Blue or purple are really beautiful, and we recently did a "Fire & Ice" themed party with both a red and yellow light, making it look like fire, and it was spectacular. Once again, the hotel or the lighting vendor will have to supply the lights.
Executive Ice Cream Experience - This is intended for small groups, usually the top level executives from a company, to give them something special apart from the rank-and-file of the company. I present a tasting of some our very best ice cream flavors that don't work well in a catering situation. They will experience 8-10 unusual flavors like Mayan Chocolate (with cayenne pepper), Real fruits, salted caramel (with homemade caramel, and rough ground salt), etc. While I am making the ice creams, I will be answering their questions (They will have many) and telling them about the fascinating business and history of liquid nitrogen ice cream.
The goal is to give them an ice cream experience better than anyone else on the planet at that moment.
